These terms and conditions of purchase apply to your purchases on, and your use of, the website www.jawharalondon.com
The terms constitute an agreement between you and JAWHARA. By making purchases from and using these websites, you agree to the terms below.
CONFIRMATION
Once we have received an order from you, we will send an order confirmation to the specified email address as confirmation of your purchase. It is therefore important that you enter the correct email address when placing an order. We recommend that you save the confirmation to facilitate any future contact with our customer service. The confirmation also serves as your receipt that you have placed an order and thus a payment obligation has arisen.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
DELIVERY TIME
Jawhara processes the order as soon as possible after it has been placed. Handling time is 2-5 business days and delivery time is 5-8 business days. Depending on the delivery option, it may take varying amounts of time to receive the order. JAWHARA cannot guarantee an exact delivery time as any delays with carriers are a factor we cannot influence. (read more under Force Majeure).
SHIPMENT & RESPONSIBILITY
If ordered goods unexpectedly do not arrive, please contact us at email support@jawharalondon.com, where we will try to help you track the shipment.
Complaints about damaged packaging, incorrect goods or undelivered shipments must be reported to JAWHARA within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
It is always the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address and user data are updated and correct. Please ensure that both your First and Last Name, Address with Street, and Apartment/House Number match what is stated on your mailbox/slot. JAWHARA is not responsible for deliveries where the information turns out to be incorrect. In such an event, we may contact you for possible compensation regarding additional shipping costs.
WARRANTY
Our products are manufactured to meet JAWHARA's high quality standards. The timeframe for an individual product warranty varies depending on the product type. JAWHARA's in-stock products have a 2-month warranty from the date of purchase. When a product is returned within the period for which the warranty is valid, it will be repaired or replaced with a new item by JAWHARA, at no extra cost. If you have an item that is eligible for a warranty claim, you can contact our customer service by emailing us at support@jawharalondon.com to proceed with the matter.
JAWHARA assures the customer that the product meets appropriate standards for usability, reliability, and durability. The JAWHARA warranty does not cover:
Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire, water, or a natural disaster. Contact with water should be avoided.
Faults or damage caused by improper use, negligence (blows, dents, crushing damage, wear and tear, scratches, etc.) or accidents.
Faults or damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification by a third party, without the consent of JAWHARA.
Aesthetic changes, defects, and damages due to normal wear and tear and aging (e.g., minor scratches, discoloration of material, surface scratches, etc.).

UNCOLLECTED SHIPMENTS
If an order has been placed for pickup at an agent, you are responsible for collecting the package from the specified agent. When the shipment reaches the designated pickup location, a notification will be sent via SMS, app, or post. If you do not collect the shipment before the specified deadline, you will be charged for return shipping costs to us and the administrative costs incurred. The charge for uncollected shipments is 49 SEK. This amount will be deducted from the refund for the order.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
OPEN PURCHASE
JAWHARA offers a 30-day open purchase policy.
Full refund applies provided the product is unused and in new condition. In cases where the product has been used or handled to a greater extent than necessary to determine its characteristics or function, JAWHARA reserves the right to decide on a depreciation deduction for the product.
If you have chosen Klarna or another external party as payment method, it is your responsibility to inform them when you make a return. JAWHARA is not responsible for any reminder fees associated with external payment parties.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BUY 3 PAY FOR 2
When returning purchases made with the "Buy 3 products, pay for 2" offer, the following applies: The free product is always the one with the lowest price. If the free product is returned, no refund will be issued as we have never charged for this product. If you instead return a product you paid for but choose to keep the free product, we will charge you for the free product. This means that we will only refund you the difference between the free product and the product you returned to us.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
RETURN
Please email us for return instructions.
Pack the products carefully and return them in a shipment suitable for postal delivery. The return label is at the bottom of the form, which should be cut out and attached to the outside of the shipment. Note - don't forget to write your order number in the designated box on the return label and your sender's address on the back of the return. (read more here)
EXCHANGE
Follow the above instructions for returns. If you wish to exchange your product, simply place a new order on the website for what you would like instead. If you only want to exchange for a different size of the same ring, please contact our customer support first, support@jawharalondon.com
USE OF OPEN PURCHASE
If there are reasonable grounds to suspect that a customer is abusing the open purchase option in an unsustainable way, JAWHARA has the right to cancel ongoing orders and/or temporarily suspend the customer from future purchases. Please note that this only applies to cases where the behavior is systematic and therefore cannot be applied to random or isolated incidents. Examples of such cases include resale of ordered products, unsustainable and excessive purchasing behavior, or suspected fraud.
COMPLAINTS
To initiate a complaint, please contact our customer support at support@jawharalondon.com for further instructions.
RETURN FEE
For returns, we charge a return fee of 39 SEK.
RETURN CONFIRMATION
You will receive a return confirmation via email as soon as we have processed your return. Our processing time is normally 2-5 business days after we have received the shipment. During peak season, delays may occur.
REFUND OF RETURNED GOODS
Depending on the payment method, refunds are handled differently, but as soon as the return has been processed, a refund will be issued if you have already paid for the goods.
If you used Klarna as a payment method, you need to contact Klarna and extend the date/freeze the invoice to avoid reminder fees. JAWHARA is not responsible for any reminder fees.
If you have paid by Card/Bank or Paypal, you will receive a refund for the returned amount as soon as your return is processed.

COOKIES
JAWHARA uses cookies to improve the appearance of our website, the range of products, and to improve our service to you. This information is used to measure traffic, purchase flow, and what you, as a customer, see in our store. If you do not wish to allow pages to save cookies, you can change this in your browser settings.
RESERVATIONS
JAWHARA reserves the right to cancel an order without further justification. JAWHARA reserves the right to deviations in measurements of all products by up to 10%. (If it states "width approx: 10 mm", the margin of error is therefore 1 mm) JAWHARA reserves the right for any image and typographical errors on the site, such as errors in description, technical specification, prices, and price adjustments. JAWHARA reserves the right to cancel a purchase in case of an incorrect price displayed.
FORCE MAJEURE
JAWHARA shall be exempt from damages and other penalties if the performance of the agreement is hindered, complicated, or delayed by any circumstance beyond our control. Such excusing circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, government intervention, new/amended legislation, lack of permits, war, fire, flood, labor market disturbances, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, unfavorable transport or weather conditions, or delayed deliveries from subcontractors, as well as if the company is subjected to criminal activity affecting its operations.
